The terms that govern your use of our website and services.
Last updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website gridpathsolutions.com (the "Site") and the services offered by GridPath Solutions LLC ("GridPath," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
GridPath Solutions LLC provides automation systems and related consulting services for local and small businesses, including CRM setup, reporting dashboards, appointment and review automation, and lead generation and follow-up automation. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and GridPath. These Terms govern the Site and general use; they do not by themselves create a service engagement.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
When you book a call or request an automation audit through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a call does not create a binding service agreement or guarantee that we will provide services to you. Any engagement begins only when both parties enter into a separate written agreement.
If you provide your mobile phone number through our booking tool or when otherwise contacting us, you consent to receive text messages from GridPath Solutions related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle SMS communications and your information generally.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the GridPath name and mark, and design — are owned by GridPath Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The Site relies on and may link to third-party tools and services, including our booking platform and analytics providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any performance figures, results, or examples shown on the Site are for illustration only and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome for your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridPath Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GridPath Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kansas.
